A dental clinic website that shows on the map and takes appointments
Patients search for a dentist near them, check the services, and decide within a minute. We build a fast website with your treatments, the doctor’s profile, hours, a map and a clear way to book, and set up your Google Business Profile so nearby patients find you. From Rs 20,000, one-time, excluding domain, hosting and GST.
- Treatments, doctor profile and booking in one place
- Google Business Profile setup included
- Free audit in 1 to 2 working days
What a patient looks for in a dental clinic website
Before a patient calls, they scan your site on a phone. These are the things they look for.
Treatments and services
Root canal, cleaning, braces, implants, cosmetic work: listed plainly, with no outcome guarantees. A patient wants to know what you do, not a marketing claim.
The doctor and the team
Name, qualifications and registration number, written as text. Photos are used only with the doctor’s consent. No superlatives, no ‘best dentist’ language.
Hours and how to book
Opening hours, closed days, emergency availability if any, and a booking path: a form, a WhatsApp button or both. A patient should not have to call to find out when you are open.
Location and directions
A map embed, landmarks, and your Google Business Profile, so a patient searching ‘dentist near me’ finds you in the map pack.
Fees, if you choose to show them
Some clinics list indicative fees; others prefer a consultation first. Either way, the site makes clear how to ask about the cost.
Fast on a phone
Most patients search on a phone. Pages are kept light, with large tap targets and no popups blocking the booking button.
Pages we build for a dental clinic
Each page is planned around what a patient actually asks. No filler pages.
Home
What the clinic does, who the doctor is, hours and location, with a booking button above the fold.
Treatments
One page per treatment group (general, cosmetic, orthodontics, implants, paediatric), written in plain language. No outcome claims or before-and-after images.
About the doctor
Qualifications, registration, experience and areas of interest, as factual text. No testimonials and no ‘best’ or ‘top’ language.
Contact and booking
A map, address, hours, phone, WhatsApp and an online booking form if you want one. Enquiries reach the clinic, not us.
Emergency or after-hours
If you offer emergency dental care, a clear page with the number, hours and what to expect. Optional.
Google Business Profile for your dental clinic
More patients find a dental clinic through the map than through a web search. We set up the profile properly.
The right category and services
Primary category: Dentist. Service list matching your actual treatments, not a generic list copied from another clinic.
Hours and special hours
Regular hours, lunch breaks, holiday closures. Patients check before calling, especially for emergencies.
Photos that help
Reception, the waiting area, the exterior for directions. No treatment photos or patient images. Photos you own, not stock.
Reviews done right
Ask happy patients politely, at the right moment. Never offer a discount or incentive for a review, and never post a fake one. Google penalises both.
Price and scope
Two confirmed prices, in rupees. Anything larger is quoted in writing after the free audit.

Advertising rules and your website
Dental clinics are covered by council-level advertising restrictions. We build pages that stay within them.
No outcome claims
We do not write ‘painless’, ‘guaranteed results’, ‘best dentist’ or before-and-after comparisons. Treatment pages describe what is done, not what is promised.
Qualifications as registered
The doctor’s name, degree and registration number are stated as they appear in the council register. No invented titles.
No patient images or testimonials
We do not publish patient photos, case images or testimonials on the site. If you want to show clinical work, discuss it with your council first.
Your responsibility, our support
The clinic is responsible for the accuracy and compliance of its content. We build pages that follow the rules as we understand them, flag anything that looks risky, and update the site when the rules change. This is not legal advice.
The Dental Council of India (DCI) and state dental councils set rules on dental advertising. The NMC’s 2024 regulations also apply to medical professionals. We recommend a legal review of the site before launch, and we are happy to work with the clinic’s lawyer.

Questions from dental clinic owners
How much does a dental clinic website cost?
A website with local SEO setup starts from Rs 20,000, one-time, excluding domain, hosting and GST. The WhatsApp appointments add-on is Rs 7,999 setup, excluding GST. Anything larger is quoted in writing after the free audit.
Can I show before-and-after photos?
Council rules restrict or prohibit before-and-after images in dental advertising. We do not include them on the site. If you want to show clinical work, discuss it with your dental council or a lawyer first.
Can you add online appointment booking?
The WhatsApp add-on handles confirmations and reminders. A full booking calendar with slot management is a separate project, quoted after the audit.
Can the site be in Hindi?
We can build Hindi or bilingual pages with the content you provide.
Can you write the treatment descriptions?
We write factual, plain-language descriptions based on what you tell us. We do not copy from other sites, and we do not make clinical claims.
Do I need to show my fees?
That is your choice. Some clinics list indicative fees; others prefer a consultation first. The site makes clear how a patient can ask.
Will I own the website?
Yes. The domain, hosting account and admin login are in your name.
Do you promise more patients?
No one can honestly promise that. We build the pages and set up the visibility that help a patient decide to book, and we report what changes.
