Welcome to WinWithWeb Technologies LLP. We are a website agency providing a range of services that include website development, digital marketing, custom apps development, and annual maintenance for websites. These terms and conditions ("Agreement") govern your use of our services, so please read them carefully before using our services.
1. Website Development
1.1. Our website development services include creating custom websites, website redesign, and e-commerce websites.
1.2. Before we begin any website development project, we will discuss and agree upon the project scope, timeline, and budget with the client.
1.3. We will provide the client with a detailed proposal outlining the project's specifications, pricing, and timeline.
1.4. The client will be required to provide us with all the necessary content and images required for the website.
1.5. Once we have completed the website development project, we will conduct a final review with the client to ensure the project meets their expectations.
1.6. Any additional changes requested by the client beyond the scope of the project will be subject to additional fees.
2. Digital Marketing
2.1. Our digital marketing services include search engine optimization, social media marketing, email marketing, and pay-per-click advertising.
2.2. Before we begin any digital marketing project, we will discuss and agree upon the project scope, timeline, and budget with the client.
2.3. We will provide the client with a detailed proposal outlining the project's specifications, pricing, and timeline.
2.4. The client will be required to provide us with all the necessary content required for the digital marketing campaign.
2.5. We will provide the client with regular progress reports and analytics to track the success of the campaign.
2.6. Any additional changes requested by the client beyond the scope of the project will be subject to additional fees.
3. Custom Apps Development
3.1. Our custom apps development services include creating custom web and mobile apps.
3.2. Before we begin any custom apps development project, we will discuss and agree upon the project scope, timeline, and budget with the client.
3.3. We will provide the client with a detailed proposal outlining the project's specifications, pricing, and timeline.
3.4. The client will be required to provide us with all the necessary content and images required for the app.
3.5. Once we have completed the custom apps development project, we will conduct a final review with the client to ensure the project meets their expectations.
3.6. Any additional changes requested by the client beyond the scope of the project will be subject to additional fees.
4. Annual Maintenance for Websites
4.1. Our annual maintenance services include website backups, security updates, and minor content updates.
4.2. We will provide the client with a detailed proposal outlining the services to be provided and the pricing.
4.3. The client will be required to provide us with access to their website's hosting and backend to perform the maintenance.
4.4. Any additional changes requested by the client beyond the scope of the maintenance package will be subject to additional fees.
5. Payment
All fees and charges for the services provided by WinWithWeb Technologies LLP shall be in accordance with the pricing stated on the website or in the project agreement signed by the client. Unless otherwise agreed upon in writing, payments for services shall be due upon completion of each milestone as agreed upon by both parties. In the event that payment is not received within thirty (30) days of completion of a milestone, WinWithWeb Technologies LLP reserves the right to suspend or terminate any further services until payment is received in full.
6. Refunds
WinWithWeb Technologies LLP strives to provide high-quality services and customer satisfaction. If for any reason, the client is not satisfied with the services provided, they should immediately notify WinWithWeb Technologies LLP. In the event that WinWithWeb Technologies LLP cannot satisfactorily resolve the issue, the client may be entitled to a refund. Refunds are determined on a case-by-
case basis and will be processed within thirty (30) days of approval.
7. Confidentiality
WinWithWeb Technologies LLP acknowledges that in the course of providing services to the client, it may come into possession of confidential information. Such information shall be treated as confidential and shall not be disclosed to any third party without the client’s prior written consent. This provision shall survive the termination of the project or services.
8. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall WinWithWeb Technologies LLP be liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the services provided, including but not limited to, loss of profits, loss of data, or interruption of business, even if WinWithWeb Technologies LLP has been advised of the possibility of such damages. The total liability of WinWithWeb Technologies LLP for any claim arising out of or in connection with the services provided shall be limited to the amount paid by the client for such services.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate the project or services at any time upon written notice to the other party. In the event of termination, the client shall pay WinWithWeb Technologies LLP for all services rendered up to the date of termination.
10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
The terms and conditions of this agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this agreement, including any question regarding its existence, validity or termination, shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and
Conciliation Act, 1996. The place of arbitration shall be in Patna, India.

11. Entire Agreement
These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous agreements or representations, written or oral, concerning the subject matter of this agreement. No modification or amendment to these terms and conditions shall be binding unless in writing and signed by both parties.
By signing below, the client acknowledges that they have read and understood these terms and conditions and agree to be bound by them.

WinWithWeb Technologies LLP has the right to modify the terms and conditions at any time, and without prior notice.
